Student Safety Before and After School
For the safety of your student, please have them arrive at the appropriate time (8:20 for Breakfast or 8:30 for everyone else) and encourage them to leave immediately after school. Students should walk only on sidewalks and cross streets only at designated crosswalks.
Bicycle, Scooter, and Skateboard Safety
Student may ride bikes, scooters, and skateboards to school; however, the school is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Students should dismount and walk once on school grounds.
A fenced bike rack is provided for students and will be locked during school hours. It is also strongly encouraged that students lock their personal items to the rack.

Canyons School District Bus Code of Conduct
Students must conform to established rules of behavior and regulations governing students on buses. Failure to follow the bus driver’s directions or instructions could result in the loss of the privilege to ride the bus to and from school. In order to transport students in a safe manner the Canyons School District has developed rules for riding school buses in the district. Please take time to review the Bus Code of Conduct with your children before the first day of school so all students may ride safely. Bus Routes and Eligibility
Elementary students living farther than 1.5 miles from the school are eligible for transportation services.

In the event your students bus is late (typically more than 15 minutes) please call our dispatchers at 801-826-5252 and they will give you a route update.
