- Action Item: Landtrust/TSSP amendment
- Proposed amendment: based on Building Leadership Team (BLT) recommendation, behavior support data, academic data, and environmental survey data our recommendation is to hire three paraprofessionals to support in the following ways:
- Additional behavior assistant for cafeteria support and behavior support (20 hours weekly)
- Classroom aide for kindergarten (20 hours weekly)
- Classroom aide for 1st grade (20 hours weekly)
- SCC proposes a possible switch if needed of which grade level the paraprofessional is in after winter break.
i.e. if the 5th grade students are needing more of those social skills before they go to middle school, etc.
- Candace motions to vote and Ashley seconds.
