  • Review current year’s plan:
    • LAND Trust
      • $54,000 being used for the ELA and Math goal.  
      • Talked about SibMe currently using the 60 day free trial and then deciding if we will continue to use this program.
        • It would be $1,500 for an entire year subscription. We will see after the 60 days if we will move forward. 
    • TSSP
      • $70,000 is tied to the school climate goal of increasing student talk by 10%
    • Safe Walking Routes – Plan is due October 31st
      • 5 zones defined

  • Last year there were reports of sidewalks at drop off and pick up that were in need of repair and since have been fixed. 10th east crossing guard concern, request for a second crossing guard, or putting in a flashing crossing light. 
  • Posting videos and pictures of the safe routes on our website and socials.  Work with Chris Carlson and the Falcon Report to create a student friendly video with Falco explaining where to walk.
  • Requesting a light activated signal 
  • Signs for the roads to label safe routes. 1000th East and Cedar Ridge Road. North East Corner.
  • Positive Behavior Plan
    • No questions at this time
  • School Safety and Digital Citizenship
    • Jen Bradford -lessons with the principal aggressive lessons, how can we help kids communicate when aggressive behaviors are happening? Add in lessons for students to advocate for themselves when they are witnessing aggression, physical or verbal aggression.  Bystander/ Upstanders lessons.  
    • Lennox will write up a safety plan with the focus being on Verbal Aggression rather than physical. Also remove pick up and drop off safety concerns with less parking spots. (This is no longer a concern) 
    • Lock down drill anxieties.  -Adding in the next staff meeting making sure we are using the same language about Lock Down Drills.
    • Electronic Device Plan
      • In previous years Mrs. Lee was in charge of Digital Citizenship but it is now moving to be covered by Ana Livingston, the vice principal.
      • Digital Citizenship Week is Oct 13-17th.
      • SCC voted yes on all Action Plan items
  • Review any school educational data that may have come in to inform this year’s LAND Trust Plan implementation.
    • Review expenditure for LAND Trust Plan

Voting Item: Additional Stipends for extended learning opportunities (ELOs) done via Parent Square vote 10/14-10/16. Traditionally these are paid in $500 stipends for each 1/2 of the year that the adult facilitates. Our current ELOs we are requesting stipends for are:
