Here is the checklist of things you will need to register your student:

Birth Certificate

Immunizations

Proof of Residency

Voluntary $5.00 Snack Fee

Please bring these items to school before or at your screening appointments.  These appointments will be held the first week of school.  A letter will be mailed to you listing the exact date and time of your student’s appointment for the first of August.
